Our Price Match Guarantee

We are committed to offering the best range of products to our customers at the very best price. Our promise to you is that if you find the same product on offer at a lower price at one of our competitors, we'll beat that price by 10% or refund the difference plus 10%. Our Price Promise even applies up to 7 days after purchase.

How to claim price match guarantee:

If you find an identical product at a lower price with one of our UK based competitors, we will match it. If you've already purchased from us or, if you haven't yet purchased but you have found a better price with one of our competitors, you can contact our sales team on 0330 002 1217. In order for us to verify the price, simply provide us with a copy of the written quotation. he more information you can provide, the easier it will be for us to verify your price challenge and get you the best price possible!

Terms & Conditions

• The Price Match Guarantee applies to an identical leased line quotation (i.e. bearer size, bandwidth size, failover, number of lines, network provider) immediately available and accurately priced by a competitor.
• The Price Match Guarantee request can only be submitted to us once your leased line agreement has been confirmed by Pescado & its carriers and must be submitted within 24 hours of your confirmed agreement.
• Our Price Match Guarantee can be claimed against any competitor in the mainland UK.
• The person responsible for the leased line contract must make the claim.
• The rate applicable to the leased line quotation that you are asking us to Price Match must be from a legitimate provider, available to all businesses and not include any corporate discount, promotional vouchers or incentives.
• Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.
• We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction. We will request a copy of the written quotation from the provider.
• The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT) and charges as applicable.
• All Price Match Guarantee transactions are carried out at the discretion of Pescado.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Match Guarantee at any time.
