During his time as Head of Commercial Operations at BusinessComparison (2023-2026), Paul led the commercial strategy for one of the UK’s leading business comparison platforms. In this role, he oversaw strategic partnerships, commercial innovation, and performance optimisation across sectors including Energy, Finance, Banking, Telecoms and Payments.

Before joining BusinessComparison, Paul served as Client Director at Blueprint Partners, where he developed and managed key strategic partnerships, supporting clients with commercial planning, business development, and brand growth strategies. His ability to align partner objectives with commercial outcomes consistently delivered measurable business results and strengthened long-term relationships.

During his tenure at M&S Bank, Paul held senior leadership positions including Senior Planning & Resource Manager and Customer Experience Manager. He was accountable for multi-site workforce operations, digital transformation initiatives, and customer experience strategies across core banking products. Managing multimillion-pound budgets and leading teams across the UK and Manila, he delivered operational excellence, customer-centric improvements, and robust compliance governance.

Paul’s earlier career at Barclays and MBNA established his reputation as a strong people leader and change driver. He led large operational teams, implemented workforce planning frameworks, and oversaw major integration and customer experience programmes.
