Before joining BusinessComparison, Paul served as Client Director at Blueprint Partners, where he developed and managed key strategic partnerships, supporting clients with commercial planning, business development, and brand growth strategies. During his tenure at M&S Bank, Paul held senior leadership positions including Senior Planning & Resource Manager and Customer Experience Manager. He was accountable for multi-site workforce operations, digital transformation initiatives, and customer experience strategies across core banking products. Managing multimillion-pound budgets and leading teams across the UK and Manila, he delivered operational excellence, customer-centric improvements, and robust compliance governance.
