Steph began her career as a call centre agent, specialising in energy-switching, where she spent two years developing strong communication skills, customer engagement expertise, and a solid understanding of the energy sector. This role gave her valuable frontline experience, allowing her to gain deep insight into customer needs and industry dynamics.

After this, Steph transitioned into an operations role, where she took on greater responsibility, including onboarding and managing relationships with major energy suppliers. Working within the comparison site sector, she collaborated closely with partners to ensure smooth integrations, efficient processes, and a strong focus on delivering value to both businesses and customers.

Nearly a decade ago, Steph joined BusinessComparison, where my role grew significantly in scope and responsibility. In addition to operations and partner management, she became involved in compliance, ensuring that all communications, processes, and outputs adhered to strict regulatory standards. Steph’s focus has always been on ensuring everything BusinessComparison produces is clear, fair, and not misleading, safeguarding both the business and its customers.

Over the years, Steph’s experience has broadened to include finance trading, partner onboarding, and the implementation of processes and procedures.
